As part of the planned transition to a fully online application system, the following changes to Tier 2 applications took place from 12 November 2015:
The Tier 2 paper form has been removed from GOV.UK, along with the standalone appointment booking function. Tier 2 premium applicants are now able to submit applications and book PSC appointments online at GOV.UK. Tier 2 has also been removed from the PBS dependant paper form, meaning all Tier 2 dependant applications are now made online at GOV.UK.
The Home Office have announced their intention that applicants applying for an extension of a Spouse visa will be required to demonstrate English Language at A2. Legislation has not been proposed yet, however they have advised this will not take effect before October 2016.
The Home Office have confirmed new fees which will take effect from Friday 18 March (rather than the previous standard of 6 April). These fees include the previously suggested 25% increase in settlement fees.
I apologise for such a delayed response. As your ILR was granted after 28th October 2013 you would not need to submit your Degree certificate or your Life in the UK certificate with your application. This is because the Home Office have previously seen these documents and you have been granted leave based on those documents. Please see page 14 of the below policy guidance:
