FLR (LR) application route

I have been trying to find any information regarding the FLR LR application route but i couldn't. I have completed 10 years continuous stay in the bUK however very recently I got a simple caution from Police because of which I cannot apply for ILR as it would get refused.
I have hence made this application.
However i have received an acknowledgement letter saying that "my application raises issues relating to the European Convention on Human Rights which are complex in nature. As such it falls outside the normal service standards of deciding the application."
Can you please advise if they might have mixed up my application with someone else's discretionary leave to remain application or does FLR LR application is a complex one? Also is this note something to worry about as i thought it was supposed to be a straightforward application?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

That is a standard letter that the home office send out for all applications submitted, your application has not been mixed up.
