5 Years Spouse Visa to ILR

  • Hi, I'm on 5 Years route UK Spouse Visa toward ILR. My current visa expire on FEB 2018 after that i can apply for ILR. May I know total how many days  I can spent outside the UK for these 5 Years in order to me not to break the ILR continous periods?

How is the continous period calculating?

    Thanks.

    Good Morning,

As you are in the UK on a spouse visa there is currently no limit to the number of absences allowed in order to become eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), however, if you have any absences that are more than 180 days at any one time or you have been absent for more than 540 days in total over the past 5 years you would need to give reasons for these absences.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

  • @Lauren Thank You. 😀
